Postcards from The Line is an annual exploration, bu a wide range of artists, of work on a small scale and without frame or mount. The work is there for the viewer to see just as it left the artist's hand - without any carefully considered presentation. This allows the viewer to play a part in the final presentation of the work - which, in this exhibition, covers media from mosaic to felt, watercolour to ink. oil to pencil and collage - and more. No individual piece will be larger than A5 and nothing will sell for more than £100. There are over 30 artists work on show and we are already preparing for a varied and exciting display.
The show will open at 2pm on Saturday October 21st - come along then and enjoy, or be welcome at any point throughout the run.
